Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can get to the gutters we're happy to work while you're out — and you'll get photos so you can see the job done.
Do you clear downpipes?
Yes, always. We clear the gutter runs, then check and clear the downpipes and make sure water is flowing away properly before we leave.
What happens if you find a leak?
We photograph it and show you exactly what we've found, then explain the options honestly — no pressure and no scare tactics.
Are minor repairs really free?
Yes. If it's a small leak or simple fix we can do while we're up there without significant replacement parts, we repair it free of labour charge.
Will I see before and after photographs?
Every time. Photos from gutter level go to you by email or WhatsApp so you can see what came out.
What is included in the Property Health Report?
A short photographic PDF covering the condition of your gutters, downpipes and visible roof areas, plus anything we think you should keep an eye on.
Can you inspect my roof while you're there?
Yes — we carry out a 360° visual inspection of the gutter system and visible roof areas as standard.
Are you insured?
Yes — £10 million public liability insurance, and we're happy to send the certificate over if you'd like to see it.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Most Mid Sussex jobs are booked within a week, and we'll always be straight with you about when we can get there.
What happens if there is a problem afterwards?
